A fully qualified lawyer and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014, Andra Ioniţescu-Zincă provides legal advice and representation in a professional, structured, and solution-oriented manner. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and went on to complete her academic training through international study programs at renowned institutions such as University College London, Ludwig Maximilians Universität München, and Universität Salzburg. 

This international exposure has given her a broad legal perspective and has shaped a working approach defined by rigor, structure, and adaptability. She also holds certifications in data protection (DPO) and European funding access. 

In her legal practice, she places strong emphasis on understanding each case in depth, building trust-based relationships, and maintaining clear and open communication with clients. She is known for balancing professionalism with a genuine human connection—often becoming a source of both legal and emotional support for those facing complex or sensitive situations. 

She currently works within her own private law practice, where she dedicates the necessary attention and care to each case in order to provide clear, tailored, and sustainable legal solutions.
